If you need a home visit, please contact the surgery on 0121 585 5188. The receptionist will take the details of your request and pass it on to the doctor. Please try to call before 10:00 so that the doctor can plan his/her rounds.

Home visits are for patients that are housebound and those who are too ill to travel. The doctor may call you back to assess the urgency of your case and you may be asked to attend the surgery.
